Costs management: where the court had previously dispensed with costs budgeting, it was appropriate to require all the parties to file costs estimates, rather than grant an application for costs management, taking into account the overriding objective, in particular the high cost of complying with the costs management regime in circumstances where the benefits of a costs management order would be much less than would have been the case had one been sought earlier.
