                  The First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) Fees (Amendment) Order 2020 (SI 2020/314) amended the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) Fees Order 2011, introducing a scheme for the remission of fees for appellants who are in the United Kingdom when they bring their appeal, with effect from 20 April 2020.
