                  Costs and Fees Encyclopaedia: SI 2020/966 changes

                  –

                  The Immigration and Nationality (Replacement of Tier 4 and Fees) and Passport (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 (SI 2020/966) amended the Immigration and Nationality (Fees) Regulations 2018, with effect from 5 October 2020. Among other changes, they gave the Secretary of State new powers to waive fees payable and to refund fees paid.
