                  Costs and Fees Encyclopaedia: SI 2021/196 changes

                  The Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2021 (SI 2021/196) made some small changes to CPR Parts 45 and 46, with effect from 31 May 2021, one of which specified the amount that might be recovered as a disbursement for a fixed cost medical report obtained in respect of a claim for a whiplash injury.
