                  The Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2022 (SI 2022/54) amends the Family Proceedings Fees Order 2008 (SI 2008/1054) to reflect changes in terminology resulting from the Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 2020, the changes variously having effect on either 1 March 2022 or the day on which s 1 of that Act comes fully into force.
