Costs in family proceedings: where the applicant "husband" sought an order to vary, discharge, and/or set aside a number of financial remedy orders, on the basis of the impact of a Barder event, the application was to be treated as akin to a civil action. In all the circumstances, it was appropriate to grant the respondent’s wife’s application for an order for security for costs.
