Family law costs: where the mother was not reasonably able to secure any loan to fund legal costs and would be unable to obtain legal services going forward without having to sell her house, it was appropriate to award a legal services payment order to ensure she continued to have the benefit of appropriate legal services, in both financial proceedings and complex Children Act proceedings.
