Detailed assessment; where there had been a significant delay of many years in the defendant commencing detailed assessment proceedings in respect of costs awarded to him, payable by the claimant, it was appropriate to make an order under CPR 47.8(1) that unless the receiving party commenced detailed assessment proceedings within two months, all costs to which he would otherwise be entitled be disallowed.
