Aarhus Convention costs: where there was a public interest in the environmental issues raised in a claim involving the challenge of a decision under the TCTA 2018, this was sufficient to bring the claim within the scope of the Aarhus Convention. The court therefore granted the claimant's application for a costs limit order under CPR 46.24.
