Security for costs under CPR Part 25. Within proceedings brought by the claimant to obtain injunctions against the defendant, where the claimant had served a defence and counterclaim in respect of an intervenor's application for an award of damages pursuant to the undertakings, the claimant's role in relation to the defence and counterclaim was not sufficiently analogous to the bringing of a claim for an order for security for costs to be appropriate in favour of the intervenor.
