Security for costs: where a claimant had steadfastly declined to provide any hard evidence of its finances, it was appropriate to order a payment of 70% of the defendant’s costs, to be provided in cash or bank guarantee, with costs of the application summarily assessed at 40% of the amount sought, as these had been “eye-watering” for a two-hour hearing.
